Join us at Beer on the Bay, July 26th 2025, Erie’s premier craft beer festival, and showcase your business to enthusiastic attendees! This is your chance to connect with beer lovers, promote your brand, and enjoy a lively summer event hosted by Erie Brewing Company benefitting the ANNA Shelter.
🔹 Vendor Package – $75
✔ 10x10 ft vendor space – Set up in a prime location at the event

✔ 1 8-ft table & 2 chairs – Ready for your setup

The non-profit vendor fee is available only to registered 501(c)(3) organizations or equivalent non-profit entities. By selecting this option, you certify that your organization qualifies as a non-profit.
If it is determined that your organization does not meet the non-profit criteria, Erie Brewing Company will contact you to collect the remaining balance of the standard vendor fee. Failure to provide the correct payment may result in cancellation of your registration.
By signing up, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that any misrepresentation may result in additional charges or forfeiture of your vendor spot.
This event will be held rain or shine. No refunds. Erie Brewing Company is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. There will be two sessions; 12:00-3:00 p.m. and 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Gates open to Brewers & Vendors at 8:30AM. All vehicles must be out of the festival area no later than 11am, per the Port Authority for safety
regulations. NO ONE under 21 permitted on festival grounds, valid ID required; NO PETS permitted on festival grounds. Festival location is the Rebich Investments Amphitheater at Liberty Park off the Bayfront Highway West.
