From Richy’s kitchen to yours, we present a lactose-free sour ale made with copious amounts of culinary ingredients. We combined banana, coconut, granola, graham cracker, granola, marshmallow, granola, golden naked malted oats, vanilla ice cream, and granola at various stages of the brewing process to make this delightful beer. These sweet ingredients balance the tart flavors of the beer produced by our house sour culture.
