This is a juicy, hazy IPA with a whirlpool addition of spruce tips to celebrate the mischievous types who don’t mind being on the Knotty list. Spruce tips are harvested in the spring from carefully selected trees from the western slopes of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and frozen immediately to preserve freshness. We toss these into the whirlpool to release the aromatic qualities of a fresh cut Spruce tree. Don’t forget to leave a 4-pack for Santa.
