FLAVOR PROFILE A hazy, New-England style double IPA with flavors of stone fruit, mango, pineapple and citrus from heavy late additions of Incognito concentrated hop oil, Citra, Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc hops. It has a full mouthfeel from a grist containing flaked oats and a dry finish from a clean fermentation. This DIPA has low bitterness with just a touch of sweetness.
